Hale Vision Laser & Implant Center in proud to be the lead sponsor of the Benefit Concert for Gilda’s Club Southeastern Wisconsin, a charitable organization whose mission is the support and education of those living with cancer and their families and friends.
The concert will feature an evening with Daryl Stuermer, one of the
world’s great guitarists, who’s exceptional career includes twenty plus
years of traveling the world performing with Jean Luc Ponty, Genesis and
Phil Collins. Daryl has several Grammys to his credit and yet has chosen
to remain a constant part of Milwaukee’s culture. The concert will
be held on December 8th, 2005, at 6:30pm at the Humphrey Scottish Rite
Center in Downtown Milwaukee.

Tax-Deductible Surgery Opportunity
As an additional contribution to Gilda’s Club, and in conjunction with the benefit concert, Hale Vision Laser & Implant Center will make possible a tax-deductible charitable donation of $200 per eye, accountable to those patients requesting it, between November 1st 2005 and December 31st 2005 for all vision correction surgery. We hope that those who have considered LASIK surgery in the past but were waiting for the right moment will take this unique opportunity to enhance their lifestyle and contribute to improving the life of those afflicted with cancer at the same time. Please mention your intention to contribute at the time of your initial appointment. This only applies to surgeries not previously scheduled and the intent to contribute must be announced at the time of scheduling.
