Insurance Coverage of LASIK

LASIK is considered an elective procedure by most insurance companies and is not a covered benefit. However, coverage varies from carrier to carrier and needs to be considered on an individual basis. Hale Vision participates with the following organizations in offering its members a vision correction benefit.
